Default Hydraulic clutch actuation

Guys,
I have an AP 2 plate 7.25 clutch, matching AP lightweight steel flywheel and a T5 gearbox. Im looking for a Concentric Hydraulic throwout/release bearing.
What have you guys used?
I need one with a radiused or tapered bearing face, not flat.
My preference would be one that needs minimum if any bellhousing modifications though If necessary it can be done. I dont want to use an external slave mounted onto the standard arm.
It is for a cossie in a Mk1 escort Race only car.

Thanks, hope you can help.

Regards,

Justin p
