This is one of those threads you wish you never have to post up, but then again it won't stop the inevitable. Crap weather promised on Sunday, but still looking forward to my 210 mile trip down to Silverstone

 

well at leats it's still going to kinda warm, not getting sun burnt like i did two years ago god that hurt

 

Last two years its been good weather! As long as it doesn't rain thats the main thing

 

i hope it doesnt rain ive just had my car detailed and it looks minter than ever

 

No point looking at the forecasts as they never get it right anyway

 

Either way, just as long as I don't end up with sun stroke like last year its all good!

 

really hope the weather is good, i want to clean me car up nice for it

its better if its just dry.went a few years back and got roasted.travelled down from scotland and had to go home early with a bit of sunstroke as i couldnt find decent shadewont be there this year but hope the weather is good for you guys

 

hope for sun first big trip for the cossie a friend drivincos i cant get insured lol but takin it up the pod first so if its still in 1 peace il be there lol

 

if its wet the only downside is the 0-60 will be having slow times lol

if the track is wet then its 4 wheel drift time lol

i was at silvertone last weekend for the classics & it was rosting hot i had to sit in the car with the aircon on for an hour to cool down we found the covered seating at the bottom end of the track on sunday & made the most of it

 

it better be good im comming from over the pond to it and have taken the week of work to have the car as good as i can, if it is wet it will be a kick in the balls..... this happened for our national day spent every evening for a week and a half cleanning then the morning of national day it pissed outa the heavens but on the flip side its only tuesday a lot can happen weather wise between now and sunday... or saturday in my case

 

In the past 3-4 years i have went to ford fair its been stunning weather

Just hope its nice again this year ......looking forward to my annual trip doon

 

when i looked yesterday, it said partly cloudy, today it says light rain, still got 4 days to change more

Hopefully, i'll make sure i'll bring lotion with me anyway, even at pod, i managed to get sun burnt when it was cloudy

 

hi mate i also am going over the pond have been few times but its the first time with my car .my car is on the fast ford stand hope the weather is good for the crossing ..
