I have just had my turbo reconditioned due to alot of play in the shaft.. Thought i would be safe than sorry.. Its a T34 Hybrid off my 2.1zvh erst..

Only thing is I put it back together and intead of running 24 psi i now run about 10..

 

is the actutor set right?half moon over the waste gate flap?

 

I`m guessing the actuator needs winding in slightly.. I never adjusted it.. Just took it off and sent turbo off..
