can anyone help me

i need the aux belt drive tensioner off a late 4wd cos or escort cosworth

i only need the pulley but will take a whole assembly if need be

mine siezed up and spat the belt off and caused my car to overheat in about 5 secs, so need to get one and make sure the car is still fine

preferbly as close to coventry the better, or ill send some cash in the post for you special deleivery as i need this part urgently

its for ribbed belt models, and is the autoadjutsment pulley i need if you know whch one

i can get a pic if need be
