Default restoring a cossie front bumper....

the other day i picked up a cheap cosworth front bumper for my saph, it was cheap cus it needed some work doin to it.
after about 12 hours of sanding (and no skin left on my hands )
the result was this:

http://img4.photobucket.com/albums/0...d/DCP_1090.jpg

course it still needs some work. also i removed the middle section as im gonna mesh behind there, oh also im in need of some parts too to finish it off so if anyone has some fog light surrounds or knows how much they are from ford? also a bottom splitter and a passenger side fog light, cheers mark.

i would get an old bumper mate cut out some bits the size of the foam holes, cut more of the foam out then mate them together with some ispon or filler mate and see how it comes out.

ahhh right i get ya yeah that would work although i never thought about that. if i just pulled some of the foam out and fillered over the top the filler would fall out but that would really work , cheers mate , thanx very much.
