Default difference in head from a crossflow

hi all.

i have here 2 heads, 1 from an 1300 and 1 from a 1600 blok, the valves have the same size but one has a chamber in the head, what is the difference between these? and wich one would be better the mount on a 1600 blok? or is there no difference?

if i would flow this head would that give noticeble more power?

many thanks

you would need the flat head else your compression will be way too low

The chambered head is from the early crossflow 681f block and the flat head is from later 711m block .

What size are the valves on the chambered head

the top head is a standard stage 1 1300 head with those valve sizes.
a 1600 should have 39.5 in and 34 ex,
so they are both 1300 if they are both the same size!

i would use the chambered head if i were you AS LONG AS your running flat top pistons!!
otherwise your compression ratio drops!

there is some more info!!
