Default Newbie - My Rs Turbo track car

Just a quick hello folks as i'm new on here. I'm Stephen, 20, and from Northern Ireland so hopefully any other Irish owner's on here can appreciate how hard it is to own a Ford in N.I, never mind one running any sort of power! Severe lack of dedicated tuner's over on these shores if you ask me..

Anyway, here's my car. The pics are quite old and since then i've fitted a hydraulic handbrake, toyo 888's and an all-round general tidy up. Any comments or advice or details of reputable establishments in Ireland would be greatly appreciated! The car is still unfinished by the way.

A brief spec:

1989 S2 Escort Rs Turbo
47,000 genuine miles (50miles on rebuilt engine)
1.6 cvh low compression engine
Pectel managment
Anti-lag
Launch and traction control
Adjustable boost control
Stage 3 chip (Turbosystems as far as I remember)
Hybrid turbo
Forged internals
Ported and polished head
Piper cam
Brownlow custom radiator and pace intercooler
-31 actuator
Straight through custom exhaust
Quaife gearbox w/ shortened ratios
AP Racing clutch
Gp.A spec driveshafts
Koni adjustables
Poly bushes
300mm drilled and grooved discs
EBC greenstuff pads

301bhp and 272lb - ft w/ dyno sheet and graph

Waiting to be fitted:
330mm brembo brake conversion
EBC redstuff pads

Sequential box, possibly, if the funds will stretch that far. Can't wait to get the engine run in and some 0-60, 0-100 and top speed runs posted!

Quite possibly the most unreliable car in the world. I can only imagine what you 500 and 600bhp cossie boys must be going through!

Thanks for looking!

Thanks

Are they black mo's you have on your car?

If so thay look great, never seen them painted black before. My car is now running white speedlines, considering going back to mo's. Should hopefully get a few new pics up soon!

Thanks for the comments. I know it looks bad, but im not a big fan of cutting the bumper, so was thinking of maybe getting louvres cut into the bonnet. But for now, the ridiculous looking pipe stays

Thanks everyone

All the gauges I ordered arrived today, so i'm getting a carbon inserts made and then once I get them in I can start running the rebuilt engine in, aiming for around 320 bhp all being well!

Looks pretty track committed, take out a headlight maybe so you lose that fugly pipe? turn into an air-feed?

Like that though, got all the right bits

How come you still got the MFi unit still in place and fuel lines? Yet a cossie TPS?

Anymore engine pics?

Sorry, I should have clarified this..

The pics are over a year old, the managment system came from my father's wrecked rallycross car, and the intercooler has been changed to cope with the boost, I will be putting up new pics and the dyno printout as soon as the new engine has run in (1000 mile on the Newry to Dundalk stretch of the motorway, grim) Quite a lot has changed since then and there are a few bits and pieces that I dont think i've seen on a rst yet!

Again, apologies, i'm not a fan of exaggerated power claims myself! All proof, no spoof!
