I remember a long tim e ago some one used to make a cooper ring that went inbetween the down pipe and turbo to seal it, mines leaking and I can get it to stop.
Any ideas how to stop it or knows where to get the gasket from?
Cheers Rich

no standard gasket there, just a socket type seal arrangement...
is the down pipe pulled up square and evenly onto the turbo? is the downpipe sealing face out of shape, or damaged in anyway? turbine housing cracked?

Check there is no ridge on the downpipe end where it bolts onto turbo, I had to file mine a touch to get a perfect seal, don't know why it had a ridge as it is seamless!!
Try some silicone sealer, it burns off and carbonises, it seems to work!!

I tried relining it up and cleaning up the both turbo and down pipe surfaces but no joy.
Going to fit some new studs and nuts and give it a real tighten up.
