remember my cossie stolen november 2007?
well it has just been recovered on 7/7/08 250 miles away!!!
car missing rear beam complete. but still has engine, box, leather, vented bonnet, front bumper all intact!. looks like just bolt on a beam and drive away...how strange is that...

car is now mine again just got to get it recovered back from the 250 miles away, no they never caught the scum who stole it, but they got some prints off of the cowling that was dry left nicely preserved in the boot, so fingers crossed they will do. car was found in a yard along with 11 other cossies that had been stored there, was found in upton, huntington. cambs.

hopefully they might find bruces car as that was stolen near there

veryl glad you got it back, as said its rare, but brilliant. when mine was stolen i must admit it wernt the same to drive for a while afterwards as i kept wondering who stole it

no sunroof was closed! interior will live. taken from essex found in huntington cambs.
yes hiab as the strop was still attached!!!! roof was crow barred as there are scratches on sunroof surround.
never see foglight surrounds gone so need those too.

did you get to to see the other cossie that were found?
if so might be worth posting up discriptions of them just in case the Id's have been removed, may help the owners get them back.

As I said to your pm last night, I will have a look in the scrappy near me as there are sunroofs there, if not I have a (grotty) spare you can borrow, doesn't leak but is rusty, welcome to borrow it.
