Where can i source a master cylinder or seal kit for a mk4 escort turbo?

Where can i source a master cylinder or seal kit for a mk4 escort turbo?
As title, a mate of mine is trying to source either a new master cylinder or a repair kit but we can't find one anywhere!
Fords don't list them anymore, no spares shops list them, Burtons don't do them either, surely they are still available somewhere?
It's a Mk4 Escort turbo with SCS and 25.4mm bore!!
Any help muchly appreciated!!
