Default Mortgages ??

It that time of life again when mortgage needs looking at wots best out there at mo. ? Fancy a fixed rate so know wot going out each month but dont know whether 3 or 10 year best or any other good deals to be had at mo ???

go to an independent broker for advice some one who does not charge you. but gets there commision from the broker you decide to go with they will find you the best deal guaranteed.

just come off a discounted rate and now on standard base rate which has hiked my monthly over Ł100 so looking to get it sorted been offered 6.29 fixed for 3 years or 6.44 fixed for 10 years but starting to think maybe a bit long

DONT GO 10 years!!!!!!! tbh i would go variable. Not best time for mortgages mate as im trying to et a good one, but they ar enot about now.

Small tip: make sure you compare the APR rates, not the 'headline' ones.

I've used this guy in the past, he's really helpful and doesn't charge (gets his cut from whoever you go with)
