can i relocate it after the intercooler before the throttle on the cold side without any issues or not ???

no - you could put it in a different place still before the turbo, but i would not put it after the intercooler as it is probably not calibrated for those temperatures

 

i need the space infront of the turbo,,,,, its the inlet manifold then after that i need the space
