Default paddle clutch slippin!!

got a series 2 with a paddle clutch, it has started to slip. i thought paddle clutches were un destructable?

Paddles last for around 25000 miles and obliterate flywheels so if you need a new clutch you'll 100% need a new flywheel or the original skimming providing it's not been skimmed to high heaven in the past.

can i buy just the plate and bearin?? or do i need the cover aswell?

You need to buy the whole clutch AND have your flywheel skimmed.

If you miss any part out, you'll be doing the job again soon.

Also, they aren't indestructible. If I get a year out of a clutch, I'm chuffed.

what is the best clutch to go for my s2 is runnng around 210 mark.
