Whats good/normal practice;

How many tubes of No More Nails does it normally take to fit a roll cage?

bolt in cages are fine for motorsport.
make sure it's bolted to proper strengthening plates and the bolt heads are inside. nuts on the outside.
make sure you use the correct type of bolt as well!

Cheers mate,
No worries about the plates, its an FIA cage, so have used the ones that came with it, and triangulated the A and B pillar ones to the sill too...
And i'll use the nuts and bolts that came with it!
