what the diameter is of the fuel hose is from the pressure reg to the rail on a Cosworth?

Mine is looking a bit tatty so I want to go to Halfords after work and buy some new hose but don't know what the bore is.

I used 8mm hose, but make sure it is INJECTION hose, not std stuff.

Thanks I was going to get injection hose, I've seen what happens when you don't
