I've just raced an Lamborghini Countach 5000 with my sierra

I never knew that my £4000 sierra would keep up that good with a real supercar from more or less the same period. I've searched the car and appearantly it has 455hp, 500nm and weights 1320 kg(2,9kg/hp) 0-60= 5,2sec.

My car: 240hp, 340nm, weights ~1200kg?(5kg/hp) 0-60= unknown

Anyone got 201m times on this car ? I'm driving streetlegal this weekend so we can compare, hehe

 

i raced a countach a couple of years ago... we'd reached 150mph before i realised it wasn't a replica he stuck right with me to that speed though

 

Hehe. Just found out the 5000 has 375hp. Thats 3.5hp/kg. What does my car weight, combicoupe sierra ?

my step dad kept up with a purple countach in his remapped 2.3 v5 golf (mk4) upto 120mph when it flew past spitting flames..

was well chuffed but found out it was a replica with a tuned 3.5 rover v8 engine..

still it wasnt to bad

 

its always cool to race a "supercar" i did quite well in my saff on the way to super car sunday in the last few years.tbh the old countach isnt the fastest thing around nowdays.old technology etc but still a fast car.its great to see them go. stunning car and is funny when an old saff of escort is pushing them

 

Theres a black lambo drives round bristol on a 53 or 52 plate, played with him down the ringroad on the straight couldnt shake him (obviously) but after the second or third round about i was in and out of a couple of motors, and out the other side as mister lambo was 2 busy trying not to go backwards thru a hedge, i waved as we tore off! likeu say was buzzin for hours after will never forget it!

 

I thought most of the newer Lambos were four wheel drive?

I was just under the impression that they might be and bearing in mind, I know fuck all about them at the best of times, my impression counts for fuck all

Either way its a bit of a buzz when you liven someone up in a Sierra/Escort that cost £20k new and there in a £100k+

ill never forget racing some tosser in a ferrari 355 in xrt-si's fiesta,,,,,, the bloke was pointing at it and the bird in the passenger seat looked at me and threw her head back with laughter so i thought fuck it

it done me,,,, though my balls are a little bigger than hes as he stopped at 80ish and i carried on then hit the next lights and the same happened,, though he never pointed at me at the lights though again

never seen him again as i fucked off at a good rate

i can remember racing a merc sl thing last year. I was going to a local cae show and i was doing about 70ish and i was with my friend(in my cossie). I was in fifth gear and he tried to over take me, i just put my foot down and he had to pull in behind me. He did this a few tmes and in the end he got next to me and i just floored mine and i never seen him again.

I was playing with some superbikes today in my evo. The 1000cc 1s were catching me till they got out of my slipstream to pass, then they weren't so quick

 

i done an e46 m3 today in my 300bhp FRS , he give me the u wish look so thought id have abash and done him then when i got to the island and slowed down he wouldnt look over haha

and when i had my 4x4 cos i wiped the floor with a noble m12 gtr again after him smerking at me then wouldnt look at me after is dusted him
