Must have some sort of blockage in the cooling system somewhere, give it a flushing,

Is this when its hot mate? If so get the gasses checked in case the head gasket has had it. If its cold it must be a blockage I guess??

Have a feel of the hoses(watch your fingers) and see if any are cold.
If one rad hose is cold and the other is warm,it could be a blocked radiator, same applies to the water pump/heater matrix/header tank. try having a smell of the header tank coolant. usually a hint of hydrocarbon(exhaust gas) if your head gasket is fooked. a gas analyser would show it better. sometimes they're just airlocked and need ticking over with the rad cap off for a bit. check the heaters blowing hot as well. good luck.

I`d put money on it being either a head gasket problem or a crack somewhere. Sorry to be bringing doom and gloom...

Mine Did The Same Thing Changed Everything Inc Headgaskit, Rad, Stat And Fan Switch Cost Me Loads Had People Who New What They Were Doing Look At It With No Look Ened Up Being A £8 Header Tank Cap.

The Cap Was Letting Air In So Would Pressureise Alot Earlyer Than Should.

Speeling Is Not My Strong Point

If you can get it to a local garage, just get them to stick their exhaust gas analyser into the header tank to see if it sniffs exhaust gases, if it does, you have your answer.
