some of you may no the trouble i have had my car kept over heating so i changed the rad, stat, fan switch, header cap then the headgaskit, all went well for about 1mile when my new cambelt snaped and bent all 16 valves then when i took the cams out they were scrap, so i brought a second hand head from a rs breakers in derby put that on started it sounded fine drove about half a mile an then started popin and banging out of the air filter and the idle sounded like a subs, done a compression test an they all seam fine checked the leads plugs and dizzy they all seam fine timings also fine. also if you hold the throttle open to a fast idle its sounds alot better its when you blip it, it pops and bangs.
so if anyone has any ideas pleas help.
ps its missing on number 4 as if you take the lead out while idling it makes no diff but the rest it does
thanks
