Removing/refitting Saff front bumper?

Since ive owned my Saff the bumper is loose one side, where are the bolts to tighten it? Someone mentioned removing the headlight to gain access but cant see how you can? Cheers

They are only held in with 2 nuts and bolts each side.Then there is to mounting bars at the front with the bumbers height adjusters on.
