There's a chance i'll finally be getting my shell back next Saturday and i'll need to move it on quickly as i don't have anywhere really to store it.

I can only store it at work for a short period of time...

Basically i bought the shell without an engine and was going to build it back up to being a runner...

However i wasn't happy with the bodywork so sent it off to be restored and resprayed.

A breakdown in communication and personal circumstances have lead to it being unfinished.

This is one of the last photos of it being taken down to bare metal for its restoration:


It has since had new panels where required and a full bare metal restoration. The last words describing it were "straight as an arrow and sat in primer".

The only things non standard about it:

Doors have been delocked.
Bonnet badge recess has been smoothed over.
Engine and Gearbox mounts have been adapted to take a 2.0 Zetec engine and MTX75 gearbox.

The car is as far as i'm aware a rolling shell.

It has 90spec front bumper and rear spoiler - the build date of the original car was 31st December 1989 and it's on a G plate.

Would be looking for around £1750 which is less than what it's cost me!

Thank you - i'm not out to make money on this - i just need to recoup as much as i can and move on...

Just to clarify, the shell will come complete as a rolling shell with doors, tailgate, bonnet, bumpers, spoiler, mirrors etc.

It would literally just need painting and putting back together!
