what could be the cause of no fuel delivery out of the injectors on start up (cranking over) on mfi but runs perfect when its running, also the what should the afr gauge read or what does yours read,

anybody any ideas ? i have changed the fuel pump, lines ,injectors, fuel filter and metering unit. #The only thing i have not changed is the acumilator. could it be this? There is fuel coming out of the top of the injector hoses when i crack them off and fuel going into the return.
