I was wondering if anyone could help. Does it matter which way the water flows through the Turbo? I have a large turbo escort cosworth.

Mine is set up for water to enter the Turbo on the connection nearest the wing. and returns to the header tank from the connection closest to the head.

 

it makes no difference mate but the original way was for the water to enter the turbo on the head side

 

As said so long as it gets flow it will do the job of cooling.

I've had to reverse way the water runs through my GT30

 

why mate?

 

Was just easier to plumb up
