what do you need to know mate

 

Just want to see what best the could get on a set amount. And in their opinion what one would recommend, ie tracker/fixed etc.

Started looking into it, plus been to see someone today. just i prefer to get 100% independant advice lol.

get a tracker for ONLY 2 years.

have you got a good credit history, eg have you had a lot on credit and payed it off?

 

JOhnny had a loan and Credit card 5-6 years ago. Payed of and nothing on credit since, well only student loan.

 

people with great credit historys can get great mortages at the mo

new builds are dropping like a tarts draws, but stay off them.

look for 1900 to 1930 places what need work

get 2 credit cards and spend a little then move one to the other spending a little, but not paying of the cards for about 6 months

but make sure you pay more than the min every month on time

 

yeah, seem to get a good deal on new build atm. Not sure what to do atm. One thing says wait, other says if can afford it and got the deal go for it.

Oh well going to look at the house on Monday.

The estate agent did say to me see what you can afford, look at house 13-20k over it and 9 times out of ten you will get it for what you want atm! pmsl. So make think..
