hello can anybody tell me wots the best oil to use as i have done a search and still cant decide?cheers

pro s is better in every way....

its a proper sythetic..and has a much higher breakdown point

i use mobil 1 motorsport 15w-50 although have been thinking about the silkolene pro s 10-50

i used to use mobil1 motorsport but now use silkolene pro s real quality oil (plus it is a funky purple colour )
