Default ALS stuff T34 .55 Maram. Mountune valve and throttle body

I have a brand new T34 with a brand new Maram shaft with rare uncut blades and a brand new Group-a 'cheat' .55 quick release ported rear housing. was freshly built by Vince at CR's never fitted £1200





CH instead of DH for CHeat



247 Maram uncut




A Mountune ALS top hat valve £150


ALS throttle body has loads of extra ALS porting, o-ringed and has a the airtemp sensor in the side (Harvey thought it was a WRC Mountune version) £150

O-ringed and ported both sides





A genuine weber remote ISCV housing and frshly powder coated bracket £60

Paul is your ISCV top hat under tension/spring loaded if that makes sence, I have one knocking around that came from a PF regular poster which aint and I just wanna check that its not how they should be?

Choice of two ALS throttle bodies one is standard ALS modded, the other has had loads of extra ALS porting (Harvey thought it was Mountune) bought also from the Grp-a master TF

I was going to fit this to my Fiesta but a opportunity of a complete mapped ZT with turbo is available so I might sell up to raise the cash

Got the TB mate, looks nuts !

Will take your Mountune valve if you drop the price, as I don't know if I would be able to machine a std valve. Anyone got schemas to do it ?

no they are not sprung,will rattle around freely when unplugged.

as tim has said, mine was unsprung, and just used to rattle around when it was open, hence why that had to be mounted upright like standard, which is why people had problems with them when using a sweedish inlet as they didnt have the room to mount them upright so had to use a remote housing like the one paul was selling.

Is there a way to tell between std modded and mountune, as the two ppl I bought mine off told me they were both mountune??

I thought that when als was activated the valve would be fully open for air flow reasons, so if its was sprung on normal running it would not jump about (opening up over bumps ect.) which would cause air leaks = missfires ,whatever.??
