Do you think the Airtec cooler is better than your new purchase.

Hi.

How did you fit the fans between the intercooler and rad. Are the fans just wedged inbetween or attached to rad, if attached, how?

Thanks.

Gaz.

I am interested about this too.

I did order yesterday airtec large front mount intercooler with fans and alloy radiator from Auto specialists and they promise for me parts will be next week here in Finland. I am really looking nice charge tempeatures, now running 10psi and temps well over 50c with standard cooler and turbo.

Can someone who has mounted them describe installation..?
Does the radiator mount in the original fittings.. and how about the intercooler, is it "bolt-on"?

How about wiring these fans which is included in this kit, does original wiring harness for fan do the job or do you recommend proper wiring with relay for the fan?
How much better is the cosworth sierra fan switch compaired the original..? And where i can grap one?

ps. Sorry my english :S

Cheers, Antti-Ville

ive cut my bumper all the way to the top. Im having some alloy mounts fabricated to the ic so I can mount it in front of the cross member, this give about an extra 3- 4 inches, plent of room for airflow and installation. Still looks the same, just got too make sure that you measaure the bumper first and ensure you cut the correct amount out. It must make sense, other wise supras/skylines/evos,etc would have fans on the front of there front mount ic.

it is a complete cock to fit the fans between,me and my mate fucked around for hours to get it to look right and so the bonnet still works,no added brackets, just modified the ones that come with it
