Hi,

I have had my 3i a week now and just wondering what the suspension setup is like? Mine is standard but is a very harsh ride, even the smallest of bump and potholes are harsh lol Not sure if the standard 3i has stiff springs or if mine is worn?

It feels very similar to my old mk3 which had brand new standard shocks and a 30mm drop

 

mine when it was standard had abit of body roll but the suspension was fairly stiff so i'd say you've got some knackered shocks.

 

Mk3/4 is as good as being the exact same car though

 

hmmm maybe knackered shocks then i have no body roll at all and im pressuming its standard as everything else is, I reckon its harsh enough to make the cd player jump when i fit it lol
