ABS Loom Help 3DR

Default ABS Loom Help 3DR

HI lads can any one help please im building a 3dr cosworth and the yellow plug for the ABS is down in the drivers side of the car and i cannot see where to put the ABS brain and the loom for the ABS is as one with the car loom . ive just been told on the phone that the ABS has its own loom and the brain gose under the ECU on the pasinger side the photo shows where the plug is at the mo and there is no way it will move over to the pasenger side can anyone put any light on this for me please

the abs loom is definitely sepearte to the car loom, although it plugs into it for control for the power from the ignition switch.

i don't know where the ecu should be on a 3 door, but on a sapph (both 2wd and 4x4) it is on the passenger side. but you definitely have a 3 door abs loom witht the yellow plug as sapphs had red or green

that looks very familiar, done the same with mine. dont take this as gospel but i think one may sit down the right hand side under the dash in plastic bracket?? its was a couple of years ago i did mine so im not 100% sure!!

Talking 3 door ecu

hi there.
the ecu fits up the top of the apost on the drivers side,
by the acc pedel.
it is fitted on a black bracket witch it clips in to, and the braket is bolted on to the car
by three 10mm nuts,
i just fitted mine in as im putting my 3 door together my self.

There abs is on the drivers side beside the acc pedal, Give me 2 mins and ill go out and take a pic
