ive seen a couple of pics somewhere of the inner wing cut to take this conversion.To be honest its less than i thought that needs cutting. But as meantioned,you would need to make sure you keep it as strong as poss and reinforce it.need to fabricate some mounts,shafts and mod the gear linkage. I think a 6 speed conversion is a bit more involved than the mtx75 box.
for straight fitment ive heard people tend to go with the IB5 box??????

Alternative is something from bara - think dingy wants to have a look at my PE box to see if they can see why it's lasted. It's supposed to be not much better than standard, but is still not dead yet after numerous trackdays and high miles
