Default clunking when turning

Hi guys im not having a great time at the moment with the handling on my car!

when im turning the wheel on near enough full lock it clunks, and ive also got a nasty vibration at 60mph, the car is fine when braking and ok above 70mph, but at 60 its not very nice. below 60 its perfect. had the tracking checked, wheels balanced, even tried another set of alloys, still got the same problem.

it's been suggested the the clunking noise might be coming from the poly bushes?these are in really good condition though!

any ideas?

cheers!

PS forgot to add the car is a saph 4x4

i have a similar noise on mine , comes from pass side , mines ok at speed at moment , more when pottering about on shit road surfaces , mines a 4x4 poly bushed too and they are only 6 month old powerflex , so i'm thinking it may be bottom arm ball joint cos i replaced the other side . knew i should have done both at time !

Mate I've got absolutely no idea, was drunk when I posted that LOL!

Mine clunks all the time on the offside front, had it looked at, told it was the ball joint but can't afford to be without the car at the moment so I'm hoping it holds together for a while longer.

In the past I have had clunks due to lower arm falling apart, which I am led to believe is very common.

as above, my 1st thoughts were cv joint. also if you know for sure its the ball joint a new arm from ford is £40, takes half hour to change so you wouldnt need to be without your motor
