the light on dash stays on for the battery even wen the ignition is off,
any ideas please cheers rob

 

battery or alternator fecked mate. Get the car running, then put a multimeter between the positive terminal of the battery and a good earth, if it reads below 13 volts get a new alternator.
Best reading is 14.4v on a good alt.

 

cheeeeers mate thaught it was dodgy connection,hopits not battery thats only 2 mnts old
