is a saff 4x4 air filter element the same as an escort one?or is it a different size?

havent got my saff filter any where near me mate.its 40 miles away didnt want to go all that way for fook all

my k and n thats in the escort looks very tired and i have a near new pipercross one from my saff and thought i may as well change it if it does.

 

Completely different. All the Sierra / Sapphire Cosworths share the same filter, but the Escort one is unique to this car (see my website for prices ).

 

damn! cheers mike.i'll just get a new one through work.at least i can pay cost price for it then.one of the few items i can for the escort.
