I posted my designs up a while ago, but just from photos of them I took on me mobile. Since then i have took proper pictures of them and messed about with them on photoshop. I know some of the highlights and reflections arnt correct but im still trying to get the hang of it!!

do you have any "magic markers"?? looking by some of the toning on those you do, but if not, they are really good!

Nilrem the only markers I have are just cheapy ones from WH Smiths! Really need to invest in some proper one!
Next thing on the list though is a drawing tablet so i can work srtaight on Photoshop.
That website has some excellent tutorials! cheers!

 

some proper magic markers will help you loads mate!!! they blend in really well, you are meant to use short quick strokes or they become patchy!!! good luck with it!

Cos im worth it...I have never tried to do a version of an actual car... Usually the picture just develops and some times it ends up similar to a particular type of car!
I'll ave a go though mate. Do you want it same colour etc? do you have a side on picture of the beast?

Mate, get a selection of majic markers and the Dailer A3 layout sketch book (think that is what it is called, black cover on them).

It is like tracing paper almost and so allows you to work colour in from both sides of the sheet, just like the wonder god that is chip foose!!!

I have some old Magic markers somewhere I am sure, if you pm me your address I will post them out to you as I will never use them.

Matt, Thankyou for the kind offer mate, but ive just ordered some proper design/rendering markers called Chartpak AD. Anyone heard of them? They supposed to be the bollocks!
