yes its an external waste gate Gt35 but its just the turbo for sale

a .63 housing will get way past 550bhp on a gt35 on the right engine.

will it still be as laggie as one with a bigger ex housing... say .82 & 1.06?

I dont know of anyone over 600bhp on a .63, but it may be possible on the right engine.
The difference in lag between the .82 and the .63 on a GT35 is roughly comparable to between a T34 .48 and a T34 .63 I would say.

It'd probably surge if the boost's not capped on a .63 aswell !

Yes potentially you need to be carful of surge, although I know that MAD manage it without capping the boost on a .63
