Lowering springs 2WD <=> 4x4 the same?

Default Lowering springs 2WD <=> 4x4 the same?

A friend of mine has some lowering springs from a 2wd saph, I dont know the brand. Will 2WD springs fit to a saph cos 4x4?

They will physically fit but will not be right as spring rate is different.

So what you are saying is that it's possible but not adviseble because of the different weights at each corner for both cars?

I can't see it making that much difference myself, other than when really giving it some teddy.
The 4wd springs are a bit shorter and stronger, most particularly the front due to trans working through them.
