Default 15 X 8 wheels on a Sapph?

I currently race my Sapphire on 17X7 wheels. As I can't increase the size of my brakes over standard size I'm thinking of going with smaller wheels and using cheaper Toyo R888 tyres. Does anybody have any pictures of a Sapph on 15X8 or examples of wheels that I could use?

Does anybody know what offset I should be using? I think my 17s are ET38 and fit nicely but I want to add an inch of tread width for grip. If anybody knows of any 15X8 wheels for sale I may be interested in a set. Second-hand only. I've had a look at Ebay and there's nothing there.

Thanks all,

Charlie

Thanks for the answers. I'm now thinking of 15s or 16s in 8J width. I'd like to see a Sapph on 8 inch wide rims and know what the offset is. Anybody done it? Running 8J wheels and know the offset? Got a picture?

Thanks,

Charlie
