Default serious misfire!!

Really pissed of with my cars in general at the moment, my 3 dr has no head on it and is sitting gathering dust in the garage and my series 2 that i use most days has just developed a really bad misfire. Its on cossie management and i have checked all electrics, leads, sparkplugs, injectors, ecu etc. Any one got any ideas as to what may be causing it? Could it be something in the head?

do a compression test, then you will know if its cylinder or head damage
