Default Suspension Bushes

Hi All,

Im looking at replacing the bushes on the front end of my S2. It is totally standard and I have no plans to mod, so what bushes do people recommend and where do i get them from??

Thanks

Standard Ford then surely, if you want to keep it standard. Poly bushes are good but will give you a slightly harder ride, I actually prefer this as I think you get more feel through the steering/suspension etc. Good quality powerflex bushes are not cheap (these are what I use on both my S2's) but Ford ones are great for a standard car and very cheap. They get a bad press as most are 20years old and just shagged in every possible way!

Only problem is you have to buy complete TCAs on a S2 to get a new bush, as it is a bearing type setup.

Hope this helps
