i just bought a focus rs fitted with bluefin from superchips,


yesterday i wanted to check if the chip was loaded in, it wasnt, when i tried to load it in i got an error message saying, comunication failure, 0010. and i had to reset my bluefin, when it was reset it said, "bluefin installed", but it never got to the installing part??? but when i drive the car now there is a noticeble increase of power, so the programme has been loaded in????? how is this possible????? and could it be possible that only a part of the bluefin has been installed? so that it isnt installed properly now?
