As title guys - what have you all done for a spare?
I'm after a mo (ideally), but am wondering how much "give" there is in the offset - currently im on et15. What can I go up to before I start having problems with it clearing the shock on the back? - I'm on coilovers if thats makes any difference...

i have et25 mos with coilovers with no problems.
when my car had konis they had to be modded on the fronts

 

just to add a mates car runs et35 but he needs a 20mm spacer and long studed.

 

Well.... looks like thats thrown that idea out of the window then....
Feck it - I think I'll just end up ringing Martin, and getting anew style one at this rate...

Running on Standards Rims, so a nice 5th Standard Rim in the boot.

 

two tins of tyre weld in the boot for me cant be dealing with a 18" rim taking up the whole boot

 

standard rims all round so standard space saver for me

 

i used to have a full size spare,i tried tyre weld once and it was a total disaster! good job i was only a couple of miles from a garage,and they wont touch them once youve bodged tyre weld in either,so its a new tyre

 

Thats my whole worry - I've got 2 tins of tyre weld, but want a proper sized spare, just for peace of mind...

 

5th rim for me also fits ok in normal place

 

Thats what i need to a spare Rondell, instead of the space saver, no one seems to have one though!

 

now thats a man after my own heart dito bother!!!
