Was just wondering if anybody knows whether a mark 5 electric window motor would fit onto a mark 3/4 escort. The original is knackered and im strugglinjg to get hold of a mk 3/4 - so was just hoping a mk 5 would do???

 

No. Bolt up completely different.

 

got some out a mk3 cabby if the motors fit!!

 

The motor will swap over as it is the same for 3-door, 4-door and Cabriolet. It is the regulator and framework that is different.
