I thought about doing this while I'm off work but after downloading some sample papers today I can't believe that you get marks for being able to open a file, put your name in the document and save it again!

Do employers REALLY give something this basic any credence?

 

nope its worth jack schitt unless you want to be a receptionist, it simply means you can use a keyboard and add up using excel.

It is not a step towards an IT carrear.

 

Not looking to get into IT just prove than I know my way around Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access.

Spoke to the local learning place today and they reckon their course is more detailed and the test is harder, and that the sample ones I found on the web couldn't lead to the qualification?
