Mine are worn to buggery and i know theres barely any good sets left as the bushes aren't replaceable.
What are the best polybushes to use? I know you have to retain the original metal sleeves, but how the hell do you get the new polybushes in?

you could burn them out

i cut part of the rubber off put a metal cup over it with a long nut and bolt and pulled it out

 

if you use powerflex u have to take the sleeves out which is a pain in the arse best to get someone with some burning gear to heat them and they should come out easy enough or u could use flo flex as they offer 2 types ones that take the sleeves out or ones that leaves them in but these are not that good quality but cheep
