hallo all just need some help to see if my ecu is chipped or not as goin to hav it set up soon.
its a series 1 blue/red/blue one but wen i opened it up its got the main board and a small one under it could that be a piggyback chip or something else?

pics are shit as there off my fone but can kidov make out wat they are

if it has another board on it then it must be chipped, normally soldered to the map sensor.

just saw on ebay the msd evo chips is that one as carnt tell

looks like standard, unchipped to me

 

there is no 2nd board on a erst ecu so its more than likely is a msd evo chip, if u want to be 100% take clearer pic and pm stu on here

 

iv put a new thread in the geral bit to try see if it a msd chip hav also posted clearer pics if u wana hav a look cheers mart
