250 seems to be a rather common rate, unsure on length. dont make em to hard or traction goes to piss over little bumps (even with your power )

allan,on my 3dr i use 300ilb x 10" front springs and 220ilbx12" rears though i find the rears to short and hard as it skips on bends and coming out of roundabouts so changing to 180 ilb rears x 14" ,

it all depends on your damping rate i had 485 lbs on the front [ 9 inch ] and 180 lbs rear [ 14 inch ] it was great on smooth tarmac but dangerous on bumpy b roads

to be honest alan i think you will find tarmac spec way to hard for the road unless you are just going to use it at track days.

go for the longest spring you can fit , this way you will get the poundage you require spread out over a long distance rather than being squashed into a short spring , i would recommend a good forrest setup for the road , but as above it depends on your damping rates as well , is yours 2wd or 4wd ?

what do you mainly do with it ? , road car / track car ?

for a good fat road i would say approx between 180lb to 280lb dependant on use and damper rates for the front (dependant on transmission) between 300lb and 400lb also dependant on use and damper rates

if youve got pukka bilsteins then if you take the insert out there will be a part number on it that you can get the rates from

hth

mark

p. my car has 180lb on the rear and croft was no problem and i dont run any anti-roll bars
