best way of removing the pinstripe from the side of my saff??

Question best way of removing the pinstripe from the side of my saff??

hi guys and girls,

just wondering what you's lot have used to remove the pinstripes off of the sides of your cossies??

I'd maybe prise it off with a plastic knife or something, then Tcut what's left.

i would use a heat gun or a hairdryer and just slowly remove it , but be very carefull that no one has painted the car before and just laquered over it cause it will end up costing you hundreds of pounds in paint bill , thats if its a metalic coloured car

Good point about warming it and do beware of the previous paint jobs if there are any. Tar remover can soften the glue and the pros use a proper glue softner - just been chatting about the side rubbers and mine fell off using that stuff - only coat a tenner - well worth it imo.
