Default Intermitant wipers...........

Anyone had problems with the intermitant wiper not being intermitant, and just parking randomly on the window or not parking at all, even when switched off?

I've changed the stalk, wiring loom and motor and still have the same problem. Starting to pull my hair out a bit now...

Someone said to me it was one of the leads to the motor that has a break in it? one of the earth's thats why it does what it does??

probably the contacts inside the motor mate. get one from a scrappy and see if that sorts it.

Had it happen so many times on MK3/4 escorts..... need to replace the motor and fingers crossed the one you get is better
