Just a quick question if anyone could help me,

im thinking about putting my cos back to standard ride hight,
but think uprated spring rates would keep it a better drivers car.

where would the best place to be to find such items and
brand names to stick with/ avoid.

any helps would be much appreachiated

i think mike rainbird (off here) does ahmed bayjoo springs but standard ride height.a tried and tested quality spring

 

if your after shockers too. a lot of people use Koni shocks and the ahmed bayjoo springs.

 

I prefer AVO std ride height springs with KONI dampers.

already got konis just wanna bring her back up any idea on prices?

 

the ahrmed springs are excellent infact, mine handled as well on them with spax as it does now on coilovers, i am about 3mm higher that standard ride height
