my saphire cosworth 4x4 if whinning when driving, but when cluth is in it is fine, replace the bearings> or be aswell new clutch?

 

Just first make sure the cable is not loaded slightly as this will do it, just pull up pedal and push the quadrant forward about 1 " and release then a few presses later it will self adjust.
If it still whines, I personally would put up with it if only slight, but your call, if a loud whine/drone I would replace anyway.
