Default Freeview tuning, help please lol

Not really a TV person.. But since i've moved back home, I thought i'd make use of my old Freeview box I used to have at base...

Now, I just set it to "auto tune" but im missing loads of channels!

ITV is one, and thats the one I want so I can watch the Grudge later! Typical lol

Any idea how I can get ITV on it???

if you cant get the channels on digital, usualy means your aerial is offline by 0.000000345 mm

honestly i hate trying to get freeview, channels missing, picture breaking up etc, you need a good signal, and an aerial bang on facing the right way....

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
